Welcome to the dwellglint online store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). To ensure that you clearly understand our order delivery arrangements, we have established these Shipping Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.


1. Delivery Coverage

At present, we only provide delivery services throughout Australia. Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.


2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total amount of AUD 90 or more (including AUD 90) qualify for free shipping.

Orders below AUD 90 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 3.99.

All shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.


3. Order Cut-Off Time

All order processing is based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Orders submitted and paid before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting from the next business day.

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next business day.


4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is successfully confirmed, the order will enter the processing stage.

Under normal circumstances, processing takes 1–3 business days, including order verification, picking, and shipment preparation.


5. Delivery Time

After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

This is an estimated timeframe. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, logistics arrangements, or other uncontrollable factors.

You may request to modify or cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted or modified.

3. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Any delays, returns, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please check the condition of the outer packaging upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, abnormalities, or signs of tampering, we recommend recording it at the time of receipt and contacting us as soon as possible for further assistance.
